Marta Sobczyńska, MD, PhD, is a pediatrician, certified travel medicine physician, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Lazarski University and an academic lecturer.

She is an expert in clinical quality, medical standards and patient safety, with extensive managerial experience in healthcare. Her work combines clinical, managerial and academic perspectives. She has gained professional experience at institutions including the Medical University of Gdańsk, the Centre of Postgraduate Medical Education, the Medical University of Warsaw, Medicover Hospital and Scanmed Group.

Throughout her career, she has held roles involving the management of medical care, medical standards, clinical quality and patients’ rights. She holds an MBA in Healthcare.

She is actively involved in the development of modern medical education, improving the quality of physician training, and promoting a culture of responsibility, patient safety and continuous improvement in healthcare.
