Prof. dr hab. Sebastian Sikorski

Professor at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Faculty of Law

Professor Sebastian Sikorski is a university professor and habilitated doctor of law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He is an attorney-at-law specialising in medical and administrative law.

He serves as Vice-President of the Polish Society for Digitalisation of Medicine and Pharmacy and is a leading expert on the Sectoral Council for Competences in Healthcare. He collaborates with the Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University and the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), and is the author of dozens of publications on medical, administrative and civil law.

From 2024 to 2026, he held the position of Vice-Rector for Promotion and External Relations. Between 2005 and 2007, he served as Head of the Healthcare Sector Service Unit at the Central Office of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK).

During that time, he was delegated by BGK to work directly with the then Minister of Health and served as an expert for the Health Committees of the Polish Senate and Sejm.
