Katarzyna Sejbuk-Rozbicka, is a health sciences researcher and healthcare expert affiliated with Łazarski University, where she serves as Assistant Professor and Manager of Scientific Projects.

She specialises in the methodology of healthcare pilot programmes, Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM), and the development and implementation of clinical practice guidelines. She combines her academic work with extensive experience gained in public healthcare institutions, having contributed to numerous projects related to the organisation and evaluation of health services.

She is the author and co-author of scientific publications and national expert reports and remains actively engaged in the education of healthcare professionals and the advancement of modern solutions within the healthcare system.
